  1. Remove the clutter. If you haven't done a recent clean out then now is the time. (You are going to have to do it eventually!)
  2. Make a list of everything that needs to be done to get the house sell ready and assign the time it will take to complete each task ....and then double it. It always takes more time than we think!
  3. Clean it and keep it that way! Remember.....first impressions are important.
